Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of sacubitril + valsartan in chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension (HTN) and heart failure (HF), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University. Primary endpoints: Blood pressure at 3 months and NYHA grading of cardiac function at 3 months. Planned start Apr 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
