Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of idebenone in Leber hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON) (2 arms), sponsored by Chinese PLA General Hospital. Primary endpoints: Clinically relevant recovery in best-corrected visual acuity at Week 52 and BCVA outside the standard chart. Planned start May 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
