Phase 4, randomised trial of cyclophosphamide in dermatomyositis (DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital. Primary endpoint: Incidence of rapidly progressing interstitial lung disease (RP-ILD) after 6 months of treatment. Planned start Jan 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
