Colistin inhalation with or without intravenous Tanreqing for lower respiratory tract Pseudomonas aeruginosa decolonization in artificial airway patients

Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization of the lower respiratory tract comparing Colistin combined with Tanreqing group, Colistin group and Tanreqing group (3 arms). Primary endpoint: Proportion of decrease in Pseudomonas aeruginosa load in lower respiratory tract specimens within 24 hours after the last treatment compared with baseline.
