Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of dapagliflozin in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and cardiac morbidity (2 arms), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. Primary endpoints: BHB-NLRP3-IL-1B pathway activity in monocytes/macrophages at week 12 and BHB-GRP109A-ABCA1-cholesterol efflux pathway activity at week 12. Planned start Mar 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
