Phase 4, randomised trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) and pain comparing Esketamine PCA arm with Placebo PCA arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). Planned start Jul 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
