Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in nephrosis comparing Prednisolone + rituximab with Prednisolone alone (2 arms). Primary endpoints: 24-hour urinary protein quantitation at 24 months, Serum albumin at 24 months and 2 more. Planned start Aug 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
