Overview
Phase 4 trial of palonosetron, dexamethasone and droperidol in postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) (2 arms), sponsored by Shenzhen People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting within 6 hours after surgery and Incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting within 6 to 24 hours after surgery. Planned start Aug 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
