Overview
Phase 4, single-arm trial of remimazolam and esketamine, sponsored by Dazhu County People's Hospital. Primary endpoint: Effective dose (ED50 and ED95) of remazolam tosylate combined with esketamine for inhibition of cardiovascular response to tracheal intubation during anesthesia induction in elderly.
