Overview
Phase 4, randomised, single-blind trial of succinylated gelatin + multiple electrolytes + sodium acetate and gelofusine + sodium chloride in hypovolemia (2 arms), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Primary endpoints: Change in base excess from baseline at 15 minutes after end of drug infusion and Change in chloride from baseline at 15 minutes after end of drug infusion. Planned start Sep 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
