Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of UA007 in diarrhea and colorectal cancer (CRC) (7 arms), sponsored by Shanghai East Hospital. Primary endpoint: Incidence of grade ≥3 chemotherapy-induced diarrhea (CID) in cycles 1–3. Planned start Sep 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
