Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of esketamine in postpartum depression (PPD), acute pain and Persistent postsurgical pain (PPSP) (2 arms), sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Primary endpoint: Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score at 6 weeks postoperatively. Planned start Nov 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
