Overview
Phase 4 trial of ropivacaine and dexmedetomidine in postoperative pain and Chronic Pain after Total Knee Arthroplasty (CP-TKA) (3 arms), sponsored by Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. Primary endpoints: VAS pain score after extubation and EC50 of ropivacaine by sequential approach. Planned start May 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
