Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and human papillomavirus infection comparing VGX-3100 + CELLECTRA 5PSP with Placebo + CELLECTRA 5PSP (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Combined histologic regression of cervical HSIL and HPV-16/18 clearance at Week 36. Started May 2023; status: completed.
