Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of RAASi + beta-blocker + SGLT2i (ADOPT regimen) in hypertension (HTN) and carotid atheroma (CAS) (2 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoint: Incidence of persistent hypotension after operation. Planned start May 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
