Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in humerus fracture and upper extremity fracture comparing Group A: liposomal bupivacaine brachial plexus block with Group B: ropivacaine + dexmedetomidine brachial plexus block (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Postoperative opioid consumption within 72 hours (oral morphine equivalent). Started Jul 2023; status: recruiting.
