Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of ceftazidime + avibactam in multidrug-resistant gram-negative bacterial pneumonia (MDR-GNBP), pulmonary infection due to multidrug-resistant gram-negative bacteria and Klebsiella pneumoniae infection (2 arms), sponsored by Wuxi People's Hospital. Primary endpoint: 30-day mortality rate. Planned start Aug 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
