Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of luspatercept in beta thalassemia and hemoglobin E beta thalassemia (HbE/β-thal), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Hemoglobin concentration (Hb) and Proportion of patients with mean Hb increase ≥1.0 g/dL from baseline without transfusion (Weeks 13–24). Planned start Oct 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
