Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in ischemic stroke comparing Dexmedetomidine conscious sedation with Midazolam conscious sedation (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of favorable neurological function at 90 days and Recanalization rate at 24-72 hours after EVT assessed with CTA/MRA. Planned start Dec 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
