Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) and anxiety disorder comparing Esketamine arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Reduction of Montgomery–Åsberg Depression Rating Scale score by ≥50% at postoperative day 3. Started Dec 2023; status: recruiting.
