Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of esketamine, oxycodone, nalbuphine, tramadol, butorphanol and 2 more in postoperative pain (7 arms), sponsored by Wuxi Huishan District People's Hospital. Primary endpoint: Pain conditions including incision pain, visceral pain, opioid-induced hyperalgesia, and referred shoulder pain. Planned start Dec 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
