Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of prednisone in Autoimmune Encephalitis (AE), anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis and Anti-leucine-rich glioma inactivated 1 encephalitis (4 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with at least 1-point improvement in modified Rankin Scale at 3 months. Started Feb 2024; status: recruiting.
