Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in Chronic humoral rejection (cABMR) comparing Plasma exchange/IVIg + rituximab with Plasma exchange/IVIg + rituximab + tetacept (2 arms). Primary endpoints: de novo donor-specific antibodies, absolute number of blood lymphocytes and 11 more. Planned start Feb 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
