Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) comparing Edaravone + dexborneol with Placebo (0.9% sodium chloride) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: IL-8 level in peripheral blood, TNF-α level in peripheral blood and 1 more. Planned start Apr 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
