Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of venetoclax in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute myeloid leukemia with myelodysplasia-related changes (AML-MRC), sponsored by Peking University People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Composite complete remission (CCR) rate after 2 courses of chemotherapy and Disease-free survival at 12 months. Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
