Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of sivelestat in interstitial lung disease (ILD), acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) (2 arms), sponsored by The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University. Primary endpoints: Oxygenation index improvement rate at day 5 and Oxygenation index improvement rate at day 7. Planned start Apr 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
