Overview
Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of acetaminophen + mannitol in postoperative pain, sponsored by First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University. Primary endpoints: Incidence of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) and Total opioid consumption within 24, 48, and 72 hours after first study drug administration.
