Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in amyloidotic transthyretin cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) comparing ALXN2220 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Composite of all-cause mortality and total cardiovascular clinical events during the blinded treatment period. Planned start May 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
