Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of rituximab, orelabrutinib and tucidinostat in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Maximum tolerated dose of chidamide, Dose-limiting toxicity of chidamide and 2 more. Planned start May 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
