Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of olmesartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide in essential hypertension (2 arms), sponsored by Ruijin Hospital. Primary endpoint: Change in mean sitting diastolic blood pressure at week 8. Planned start May 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
