Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial in diabetic glomerulosclerosis comparing Yishenhuashi granule group, Dapagliflozin group and Yishenhuashi granules + dapagliflozin group (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in estimated glomerular filtration rate at 6 months, Change in serum creatinine at 6 months and 3 more. Started Jul 2024; status: recruiting.
