Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of CF04 in dry eye syndrome (DED) (3 arms), sponsored by Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in total corneal fluorescein staining at Day 42 versus vehicle and Safety and tolerability. Planned start Jul 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
