Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of fosrolapitant in postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) (5 arms), sponsored by Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Primary endpoints: No vomiting rate within 72 hours after extubation and Incidence of injection-site reactions. Planned start Jul 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
