Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of rivaroxaban, aspirin and clopidogrel in aortic stenosis (AS) (2 arms), sponsored by Beijing An Zhen Hospital. Primary endpoint: Hierarchical composite of cardiovascular death, first occurrence of myocardial infarction or stroke, first occurrence of life-threatening/disabling/major bleeding, >=50% reduced leaflet motion, and… Planned start Jul 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
