Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in preoperative anxiety comparing Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray Group with Nasal Spray Placebo Group (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percentage of subjects achieving Ramsay sedation score at least 3 within 45 minutes after dosing. Planned start Jul 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
