Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in post-operative cognitive decline (POCD), Postoperative sleep disturbance (PSD) and postoperative delirium (POD) comparing Fosaprepitant group with Placebo group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Postoperative delirium incidence (POD) and Postoperative sleep quality (PSQ). Planned start Aug 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
