Overview
Phase 4 trial of matrine and metronidazole + clotrimazole + chlorhexidine acetate in bacterial vaginosis (BV) and vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) (2 arms), sponsored by West China Second University Hospital. Primary endpoint: 15-day effective rate in BV with VVC patients treated with matrine gel plus diazoltec effervescent tablet. Planned start Nov 2023; status: not yet recruiting.
