Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of canrenoic acid and carvedilol in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) (2 arms), sponsored by Xinqiao Hospital. Primary endpoint: NT-proBNP decrease of at least 30% from baseline within 1 month. Planned start Sep 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
