Overview
Phase 4, open-label trial of telitacicept in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) (3 arms), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Primary endpoints: Change in 24-hour urinary protein from baseline at week 24, Change in urine protein-to-creatinine ratio and/or urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio and 3 more.
