Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of cenegermin in non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) (4 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in best corrected visual acuity and visual field after 4 weeks of treatment. Planned start Sep 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
