Phase 4, open-label trial of esketamine in knee osteoarthritis (OA) (2 arms), sponsored by Panzhihua Central Hospital. Primary endpoints: Total sufentanil consumption within 48 hours after surgery, Rescue analgesia frequency and dose and 2 more. Planned start Oct 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
