Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of trazodone in major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorder and mixed anxiety-depressive disorder, sponsored by Hangzhou First People's Hospital. Primary endpoints: Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). Planned start Dec 2024; status: not yet recruiting.
