Phase 4, open-label, single-arm trial of tirilizumab in plaque psoriasis, sponsored by Sir Run-Run Shaw Hospital. Primary endpoints: Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) at week 52, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) anxiety-depression scores at week 52 and 2 more.
