Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in sleep disorder comparing Esketamine intraoperative infusion with Normal saline intraoperative infusion (placebo) (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of postoperative sleep disorders on postoperative day 1 and day 3. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
