Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of semaglutide in obesity and Overweight (3 arms), sponsored by The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Primary endpoints: Percentage change in body weight from baseline at week 24 and Interleukin 6 (IL-6) changes from baseline. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
