Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial of dexamethasone and betamethasone in preterm birth and respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) (3 arms), sponsored by Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children. Primary endpoints: Perinatal surfactant use and mortality within 72 hours of birth and Completion of antenatal corticosteroid treatment with delivery 1–14 days after treatment start. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
