Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE) and subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE) comparing Anifrolumab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: CLA-IGA-R erythema response at Week 24 and CLASI-70 response at Week 24. Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
