Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, folinic acid and capecitabine in rectal cancer (2 arms), sponsored by West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Primary endpoints: Pathologic complete response (pCR) and Postoperative intestinal function score (LARS score). Planned start Jan 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
