Overview
Phase 4, randomised trial in procedural pain and procedural sedation and analgesia (PSA) comparing Oliceridine + propofol with Fentanyl + propofol (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence of SpO2 < 95% or respiratory rate < 10 breaths/min. Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
