Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) comparing D-cycloserine arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Adverse events and ALS Functional Rating Scale-Revised (ALSFRS-R). Planned start Feb 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
